The second level offers a combined living, dining and kitchen area that extends
on to the screen porch through French doors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, side
by side refrigerator with icemaker, ceramic top electric range, microwave oven and tile counter tops. The
dining table seats six comfortably. |

A fixed stairway leads up to the Roof Deck which affords breathtaking panoramic views
of the Island, memorable sunsets and fantastic star gazing at night. |

Also on the second level is the Master Bedroom with a king size bed, en suite bath

size bed and the other bedroom offers two twin beds. Both bedrooms share the house bathroom featuring a large
